Lance has had an extensive and successful internationally focused career in the areas of market and opportunity identification and validation, network development, creation and implementation of market growth and channels to market strategies and JV and partnership establishment, across the marine, aviation, telecommunications and energy sectors. He has provided and been involved in implementing business development and growth initiatives for and with private companies, local authorities, central government agencies, both locally and internationally, international corporates and the US Homeland Security Procurement Division in a career that has spanned Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia.
Lances career has seen him fill roles as a New Zealand Trade Commissioner in the US tasked with establishing NZTE's successful Beach Head initiative, project initiator and lead for the conversion of a NZ military Air Force base back into local council and private hands, founder of 2 internationally focused business, one which won the Supreme Exporter of the Year award, and currently is responsible for identifying, structuring and delivering market opportunities in Indonesia and across the ASEAN market in the Renewable Energy sector. Lance has also served on boards for corporate and international organizations.
Mike Riley - Deputy Chair Compac
Mike Riley has been CEO of Compac Sorting Equipment since February 2015. Compac is a global leader in the development, manufacture and supply of smart produce handling solutions and equipment to packing operations around the world.
Previously, Mike was the CEO of Endace (LSE AIM: EDA) where he oversaw Endace's successful transition from component supplier into a provider of complete network recording solutions and services. During his tenure as CEO of Endace, Mike helped the company increase its annual revenue by roughly 400 percent. Endace was acquired by Emulex Corporation (NYSE: ELX) in February 2013 for NZD156M in cash.
Prior to moving to New Zealand and joining Endace in 2006, Mr Riley was based in Boston Massachusetts and served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Network Engines, Inc., (NASDAQ: NENG) a leading manufacturer of server appliances for the security and storage networking market. In this role, he led Network Engines' product management, marketing, strategy, investor relations and corporate development initiatives, including the launch of the NS-series family of multi-functional security appliances designed in partnership with Microsoft. Before Network Engines, Mr. Riley served as Chief Marketing Officer at Sonexis, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Artel Video Systems, Inc.
Mr Riley is originally from the UK and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in electronic engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.

Alex Larsen is the Regional Manager for New Zealand & Pacific Islands for Air New Zealand Cargo. Within New Zealand, Alex and his team work alongside both Freight Forwarders and NZ Exporters alike with the clear agenda of supercharging the export success of New Zealand. Prior to working with Air New Zealand, Alex held several leadership roles within the Media Industry, and has spent the last decade advising NZ businesses on marketing and advertising strategy.

David Wishart is the Executive Director of the New Zealand China Trade Association (NZCTA).
An experienced business consultant based in Auckland he specialises in assisting New Zealand companies focussed on global trade.

Heather Baigent (Honorary Life Member) Interact Consulting
Heather is a former teacher, diplomat and corporate international manager. Her diplomatic career included postings in Samoa, Indonesia and as Deputy Head of Mission at the New Zealand Embassy in China. She subsequently spent five years as International Manager for New Zealand's technical accreditation authority, International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ), including serving on a number of international and regional accreditation committees. Ian has been associated with the drinks industry since 1955, and on a full time basis since 1965. He was a National wine judge for about 15 years and worked part of the vintage at Penfolds Wines in the Barossa Valley and at the McGill winery in 1967.
In the 1970's Ian co-owned a wholesale wine and spirit business in Hawkes Bay and later that decade and into the 1980's re-established Mission Vineyards as a commercial operation.
Ian joined Villa Maria Estate around 30 years ago.

Ilya started his professional career as a TV producer in the mid 1980s in Europe, where he was also involved in several international co-production projects. He was also Head of International Relations and later CEO of the Slovak Film Association. Since then he has founded a number of successful start-ups and turned around two mid-sized companies in logistics and FMCG, taking both from significant losses to profit within nine months. Tim Jackson Baldwins Intellectual Property
